Welcome to Haulin’ Ass Junk Removal! By scheduling service, booking online, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Services Provided

We offer junk removal, light demolition, delivery services, and related hauling solutions. Services may be performed directly by our team or by fully vetted and insured subcontractor partners.

2. Estimates & Pricing

  • All quotes are based on the estimated volume and type of items.

  • Final pricing may vary if the load size or scope of work differs from the original estimate.

  • Payment is due upon job completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Same-day and next-day services are subject to availability.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide safe and legal access to the property.

  • Hazardous materials (e.g., chemicals, paints, asbestos) cannot be removed unless agreed upon in advance.

  • Customers are responsible for identifying items that should not be removed.

5. Subcontracted Services

Some projects may be completed by trusted subcontractor partners. All partners are required to carry general liability insurance and maintain professional standards of service. By booking with us, you consent to services being performed by subcontractors when necessary.

6. Liability & Damages

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to property or items.

  • Our liability for damages caused during service is limited to the cost of the service performed.

  • We do not accept liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Payment & Collections

  • Accepted forms of payment: cash, credit card, or approved digital payment methods.

  • Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees, interest, or third-party collections.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
